Understanding the Rep Shoe Order Process

A rep shoe order has five distinct stages, each with a specific timeline. Understanding what happens at each stage helps you know what to expect and when to follow up.

Stage 1 — Order Placed (Day 0): You send your WhatsApp message with brand, style, EU size, and colourway. Stock confirmation arrives within 30 minutes during business hours (China GMT+8). If a style is out of stock in your size, alternatives are suggested immediately.

Stage 2 — QC Photos (Day 1–2): Your specific pair is photographed before dispatch. QC photos cover six to eight angles: sole top and bottom, upper leather grain and stitching, insole branding, heel hardware or labelling, and any brand-specific signature detail. You receive these via WhatsApp and must approve before anything ships.

Stage 3 — QC Approval: Review your QC photos against the retail reference photos on each brand page. Check the specific checkpoints listed for your brand. If anything doesn't meet your standard, request a reshoot or a different pair. Once you approve, dispatch happens within 24 hours.

Stage 4 — DHL Dispatch (Day 2–3): Your order ships via DHL Express with a tracking number sent to your WhatsApp. DHL tracking goes live within 2–4 hours of dispatch. Use the shipping calculator to check transit time to your city.

Stage 5 — Delivery: DHL Express delivers to US and Europe in 5–7 business days, Canada and Australia in 6–8 days, Latin America in 7–11 days. DHL provides automated delivery notifications. Customs clearance is handled by DHL's commercial documentation.

What if my tracking number isn't updating? DHL tracking can lag up to 12 hours after dispatch before showing movement. If it hasn't updated after 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference.

What happens at customs? DHL handles customs clearance automatically using commercial footwear documentation. Most orders clear without delays. Duties may apply in some countries — the shipping calculator includes customs threshold information for each country.

Can I change my delivery address after dispatch? DHL allows address changes via their app or website for a fee. Contact DHL directly using your tracking number.

What if QC photos show a defect? Reject the pair and we source a replacement. This adds 24–48 hours to the timeline but ensures you only receive a pair that meets your standard.
