The order builder solves a specific problem: when you want to order multiple pairs from different brands, writing a coherent WhatsApp message with all the sizes, colourways, and Yupoo links is error-prone. The builder lets you add each pair one at a time, specify your EU size for each, note the colourway, and then generates a single clean message you can send directly.
Each pair in your order gets a separate line in the generated message, with the brand name, style, EU size, and colourway clearly listed. We read these messages line by line when confirming stock — a well-structured message means faster confirmation and fewer back-and-forth questions.
All orders use EU sizing. If you know your US, UK, or AU size, use the size converter to find your EU equivalent before building your order. For brand-specific sizing anomalies — Balenciaga Triple S size down 1 EU, Common Projects Achilles size down 0.5 EU, Louboutin heels size up 0.5 EU — the converter includes notes for each brand.
Include your EU size in every line of your order. If you are ordering two pairs of the same brand in different styles (e.g., Gucci Horsebit loafer and Gucci Ace sneaker), note the EU size separately for each — they may differ by a half size due to last differences between styles.
Can I order more than 5 pairs at once? Yes — add as many pairs as you need. Larger orders are handled the same way; we confirm stock for each pair separately and send QC photos for all of them before anything ships.
What if a style is out of stock? We confirm availability within 30 minutes. If a specific colourway is out of stock, we suggest alternatives from the same brand's Yupoo catalog.
