The Yupoo photos are from the actual workshop. They show the current batch — not last year's reference. If you can see it in Yupoo, it's in stock or producible within 7 days.
Send Photos, Get Quote
Message us on WhatsApp with: (a) the Yupoo screenshot, (b) your EU shoe size, (c) destination country. We confirm stock and send the total price (product + DHL Express to your door) within 30 minutes during business hours (UTC+8, 9am–11pm).
Use the size converter tool on this site if you're not sure of your EU size. Brand-specific sizing notes are on each brand page (Balenciaga Triple S size down 1 EU, Hermès Oran true to EU, Louboutin heels size up 0.5 EU, etc.).
Confirm Payment — 5 Methods
Choose the method that works for your country and currency. We strongly recommend Wise for first-time international buyers — clearance usually under 24 hours and the FX rate beats banks by 1–3%:
- Wise — Multi-currency, best FX rate, ~24h clearance. Recommended for US/UK/EU/AU.
- Bank transfer (SWIFT) — Universal, 2–4 day clearance, $25–$45 wire fee.
- USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20) — Instant, no FX, no fee. Recommended for crypto-native buyers.
- Western Union — Best for Latin America. Cash pickup possible. ~24h clearance.
- Card via invoice — Stripe invoice, 2.9% + $0.30 fee. Buyer protection included.
Once payment clears, we send the order to the workshop within 24 hours. You can also place a hold without payment if you want to verify QC of an existing batch first — request a previous QC sample on WhatsApp.
Approve QC Video + Photos
Within 24–48 hours after the workshop completes your pair, we send a QC package: high-res photos of leather grain, hardware, stitching, insole branding, sole top and bottom, plus a 360° video of the whole shoe in natural light.
You inspect and either approve or reject. If you reject, we reshoot or source a different pair from the same workshop — no charge to you. Roughly 1 in 25 orders gets a reshoot, usually for leather grain inconsistency or heel-stitch concerns.
The QC step is the rep industry standard, but few sellers actually do it well. Our QC checklist for each brand is on the brand page (e.g., Hermès Oran QC: check edge stitching count, palladium buckle finish, sole heat-stamp depth).
Track DHL Express to Your Door
After approval, DHL Express picks up within 24 hours. Tracking number arrives on WhatsApp within ~2 days. From dispatch to delivery:
- USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy: 6–12 days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 days
- Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia: 8–15 days
- Argentina: 13–16 days (MailAmericas route, customs-optimised for ARG)
3+ pairs ship free internationally. For single pairs, DHL is typically $35–$50 to USA/EU, $45–$70 to Latin America.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. Single-pair orders ship the same as multi-pair orders. 3+ pairs get free international shipping (DHL/FedEx on us). Most first-time buyers order 1 pair to verify the workshop before scaling.
What if customs intercepts the package?
DHL provides full tracking to your door. Customs interception is rare (under 2% of US/EU shipments) but if it happens, we provide commercial invoice support and re-ship at 50% cost. For high-risk countries (Argentina, Brazil), MailAmericas is the preferred route.
